Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Banzaar account and associated data at any time. Here's how:

From the app

1. Open the Banzaar app and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Settings, then Security & Privacy.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Before you delete

• Resolve any pending orders.
• Withdraw any remaining wallet balance — it cannot be recovered after deletion.

Can't access the app?

Email support@getbanzaar.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Delete my account,” and we'll process your request.
